About Julianne Snow

It was while watching Romero’s Night of the Living Dead at the tender age of 6 that solidified Julianne’s respect of the Undead. Since that day, she has been preparing herself for the (inevitable) Zombie Apocalypse. While classically trained in all of the ways to defend herself, she took up writing in order to process the desire she now covets; to bestow a second and final death upon the Undead.

As the only girl growing up in a family with four children in the Canadian countryside, Julianne needed some form of escape. Her choice was the imaginations of others which only fostered the vibrancy of her own.

The horror and forensic/crime thriller genres top her list of favourites, but she can never turn down a good science fiction, fantasy or mystery read.

  1. Hey Julianne! I was wondering, how would you like to chew my brains. I just published a zombie novel and its doing pretty well over at Kindle. And the sequel is coming. I’d love to talk genre, and you’re a clear pro at promoting zombie writers.

  2. Couldn’t figure out how to email you, there’s probably a link somewhere, but I wanted to say thank for liking my post about internet trolls. I wanted to bring awareness of how it starts, and what to do about it and have ended up getting victimized myself on Facebook by the guy I posted about. It’s all good, I’m made of tough stuff, haha. But… it also brought your blog to my attention. I love it! I will be following you from now on and I’ll also tweet/fb your blog from time to time if that’s ok? Keep doing what your doing girlie! xx

  3. Hey Julianne

I just listened to you on the Zurvivalist, very enjoyable! You make it sound like the odds of surviving the Zombie apocalypse in the GTA pretty are low.
You’ve made me glad I live in New Brunswick, that’s rare…..
BTW here’s something you should to get to improve your chances. I picked up the longer barreled version of this in the fall, it’s great.

    1. Very nice! Thanks for the tip! As for surviving in the GTA – it’s possible. My point was that once you see something starting, you have to get out. If you want to long, it’s going to be that much more difficult to escape. I am now however considering a move a little north! LOL And I love NB – I was down visiting my best friend in July. Can’t wait to go back 🙂

  4. Hello Julianne! I wanted to make sure you got this message and didn’t have any other way of contacting you BUT your name was drawn in a mini contest over on http://www.zombiefansunite.com to win a copy of Zach Recht’s Plague of the Dead! Thank you for joining my forum, and I hope you stop by again! You are welcome to promote yourself over there as it is a forum for zombie related stuff with a growing member base!

Good luck with your book! From one fan of zombies to another! Congratulations!

    1. Thank you! I don’t remember entering a contest but I love winning free stuff!! I’ve sent you an email 🙂 I will make it back to the forum very soon, it’s a wonderful site but things have just been a little hectic with the release of Book One.

Get in on the action!
