I’m not entirely sure what to say about this movie. It’s got the angst of a teenage coming of age story but set against the backdrop of something a little more sinister. It’s not really a story of a zombie apocalypse though the main character does experience that in a way. The choice is yours on this one…
Zombie at 17 follows Tia Scott, a normal 17-year-old girl. Her life had changed after her elder sister died in a hit and run accident recently. But if that was a life altering event, the current situation is much more bizarre as it is threatening. When Tia begins exhibiting strange symptoms and realizes she’s turning into a zombie. Desperate to find a cure, she turns to a loner who claims to be an expert in all things paranormal.
